If you are over 50-60% start systematically reducing the introduction of moisture and increase ventialtion.Make sure the basement is dry, if not check your gutters, downspout extensions and get a dehumidifier.

The business is a hair salon it has three seats and one is for rent.

It doesn't have to be in your (the landlord's name) but you are ultimately responsible for that bill if a tenant leaves you high and dry.
