This is not meant to be biased, but you will find it surprisingly hard to discuss fine project details and give important direction over cell phone with someone whose English is not good.

I'm biased though because I have lived in middle/upper middle class area my whole life and would never live in a lower middle class/low class neighborhood area.

well i am a bit biased but i like okc there are other good markets too but at lot of plusses here especially if you are looking for cash flow.
