Hi everyone, I’m a rookie here from Northwest Florida, and I’m not sure if this is the right forum for my post, so please let me know if I should move it elsewhere.

Just wanted to introduce myself and enjoying the Bigger Pockets site and forums.

If you searched the forums as stated you’ve noticed that it’s been asked EVERY time this question is asked.

That’s a bold claim to make ON the forum run by his publisher.

You might want to ask these questions in the General Landlording https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/52 or the Medium Term Rental forum, https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/925 which is what you're doing if they are furnished rooms.
