However, look for the good school districts; Aledo ISD, Grapevine/colleyville, Denton is good.

We took a look at the home and it seems to meet the criteria we are looking for; its in a pretty decent location and within the Clovis Unified School District.  

I'm in healthcare administration and I'm also adjunct faculty at a medical school. 

Our realtor used comps from a historic district a few blocks over for our purchase which over estimated the ARV by 100k.  

What originally drew me to the area was the arts district and the fact that the houses are pretty inexpensive.

But I've found that "interpretation"  really varies among local district judges.  

My family and I are looking to move from our current town home into a single family home in a much better school district.

We had a 2 bed duplex within 4 blocks of the Plaza District under contract to house hack also with our two kids, but days before closing the deal fell through.

Account Closed, thanks for quick reply, It took me a month to rent  last time, not sure what to expect in Sept,  as the house is located in top school district, I am assuming all relocating to neighborhood must have done it by now.

Oh, if it weren't for pesky zoning issues and historic districts.
