Joe and Julie understand and accept these terms, knowing that Tom would have lost the opportunity to rent to a family dependent on the school year, and/or because weather could impede his ability to find ideal tenants, if they choose not to enter into a lease on the property.The lease to be signed on October 1, 2016, is attached to this document as Exhibit A.Everybody signs, and they initial that they received a copy of the lease.For what it's worth, that's how I'd do it. :-)
