We always recommend exhausting that avenue first to save everyone some time, but in the scenario you described above, you can't (for at least 2 years), so this is your next best alternative; if you're going to do anything.Stephanie

If you feel you've exhausted all avenues of learning than I would go the guru route.  

(grin)The PLUS of a two door is the air flow and need less exhaust fan to dry out during and after shower times.All I see in the change is your making the bath smaller and taking bath closet for master space. 

There are others that may argue that because they are lucky to not have the negative aspects of being a landlord which is an exhaustive list.
