Find contractors who have a commercial location, drive a vehicle with permanent signing on it....not just magnets.....real business card...not just vistaprint.

What you need to do is build a funnel to attract people using some sort of lead magnet that would then allow you to invite someone to book a conversation with you.

If your talking about a Neo Angle framed unit (normally installed in corner of bathroom, 2 smaller panels coming off the walls, and one door on an angle between the 2 panels), and it has the little magnets in the handle that hold the door to the metal, not much you can do for those because they all rust and crap out over time.

If you can't afford to send letters to potential sellers then I would suggest bandit signs, driving for dollars, for rent ads on craigslist/classifieds, car magnets, and word of mouth.
