If that's not what your desired outcome is, do not get suckered into doing the FHA streamline refi.So at the end of the day, you have options, but if your goal is to buy another property, it's best to walk through all your options with a loan officer who specializes in working with investors and these exact scenarios, and map out a gameplan not only for your current property and next property, but getting to property 3,4,5 etc so that you don't get stuck on your journey.Hope that helps and best of luck!

The real problem is that the vast number of beginning investors never bother to learn their state landlord tenant codes before they invest.This is my pet peeve with new investors...trying to operate a business requiring knowing the law without having the desire to learn.They should never be allowed near tenants, they need a PM.On the other hand responsible investors that learn the laws first I would strongly advise self managing.

The neighborhood is desirable, so renting it wouldn't be difficult but it would be niche because of its size (4/3, office, dual living rooms, game room).
