., Don’t skimp on the lock, use a contractor grade lock, if possible, get the lock installed on the inside of the cage (no room for bolt cutters to open), and make multiple copies of the key. 

Truth is design is not cookie cutter & while some things might work in multiple applications the angle a designer brings is that the overall style of the house and the materials chosen create a fresh relationship that speaks to buyers.

I like to think we set ourselves apart by not doing a cookie cutter flip.

I have serious doubts if its been converted into a multifamily...I recently saw 150-yr. old tavern that was attached to the largest grist mill in the country get denied registration...Anyway, location is key...if you are in city limits, or have neighborhood (or deed) restrictions you may be facing a challenge...I know a guy that renovated 20-properties and discovered that the siding had to be replicated to the original...he had to pay a machine shop to create a cutter head so he could mill the siding to the original spec for any repairs.

Apparently the tree cutters left a pile of wood chips where the tree used to be and for a week I couldn't hear the end of it.

BUT even if the tenants are working in oil and gas the big thing to take home is that OKC is mostly based in servicing the machines, companies, and rigs.. we service the mechanism that pumps the oil and gas.
