NAR considered job growth, financing, renter who plan to purchase a home, migration to these metro markets, number of renters who are planning to buy as well as homeowners who plan to move.

We were told the addition of any other pet-related up-front charges would likely not be considered favorably by a judge. 

Not too bad in my opinion considering I pulled that money from my line of credit and didn’t have to tap into any of my current savings.

Hey @Jason Proulx There are a lot of factors to consider here.

I don't consider that a red flag at all. 

I’ve built strong relationships with agents, contractors, and other investors in the area, and one of my contacts informed me that the owner was considering selling but hadn’t listed the property yet.

You probably have good relationships locally so I would first think maybe upgrading to more units (if you like landlording and management) by selling the duds and then consider what you want to get into.

From what I’ve seen in Bloomberg, it also doesn’t hurt to keep tabs on any shifts in local buying trends.One more thing I’d consider is the exit strategy.
