I have been listening to Bigger Pockets podcast for a couple of months now and I am learning so much but still in the beginning stages of learning how to jump in to real estate investing.

As a matter of fact, I have openly ask a couple of posters before to tell me more about their services on an a public thread and they were happy to do so.

It is when people put the self placed “roadblocks” in front of them and are too scared to dip their toes in.This is something that has been really resonating with me after going to a few 2 and 3 day events from a couple of the local guys in our market recently.It isn’t necessarily the actual tactical real estate that is the hard part, but the bigger challenge is actually believing that we are capable of doing it and taking action towards that.

I have buyers for the Port Charlotte, a couple that might be interested in Jacksonville, but definitely none in Ocala.

For the last couple of years I have been working from home for a very good company so I kept moving the financial goal posts because I wasn't miserable. 

His "team" has attempted to buy a couple of my properties in Cleveland, Ohio using a dead LLC. 

There has been a ton of new construction for housing the past 4 years and that’s why vacancy rates are 10-12% and rental rates have dropped the past couple of years. 

I have bought a couple of units and now working on my own development.

I am currently studying to get my real estate license in the state of PA and plan on buying my first investment property in the next couple months.
