We have a small cabin that has lots of reviews that ranks high, but we have some larger homes that are more expensive and dont book as consistently as our small cabin. 

@Zachary Sakena Purchasing properties through an LLC is all you truthfully need and that is more for business planning than anything else (if you consistently follow through on the items I previously shared). 

If you consistently analyze properties, recognizing a good deal will be much easier when it shows up.

If you feel passionate about managing them yourself, I'd recommend getting as much done and communicated up front.

If you need cash immediately you shouldn't be buying long term rentals. 2) Need to be able to communicate/teach it. 

Communicate with your lender if cash flow is tight.

The lack of communication is typical in this business and a reason why we opened and have done well. 

If you consistently analyze properties, recognizing a good deal will be much easier when it shows up.

Therefore best to communicate with the immediate neighbors early in the process.

You really need consistent posting, engaging content, and good timing to even have a shot at reaching the right people.
