In that case the IRS could conceivably treat that as a way to access your profit ahead of time and choose to tax it.

I had this pre conceived notion that Jerusalem  Was going to look like one of the hill towns in Italy surrounded by a big wall and such.. so to my surprise when in fact its a big modern city that surrounds the old city.. still very cool..
