Replace battery is necessary.(9) Test/Reset GFCI receptacles.(10) Test outside hose bibs and main shutoff valve.(11) Visual inspection of ceiling for stains.(12) Replace burnt out light bulbs for elderly tenants with no ladder.Then every 6 month or so I would do a few additional things such as wash down AC compressor coil; open the tub drain and bathroom lav drain stopper and tease out the hair down there; may be do a test load of wash and dry if I have some dirty rags in the back of my vehicle; get on the roof for a visual check, open the main sewer cleanout outside and shine a flash light down, and obviously I emailed tenants before each visit to see if they need me to look at anything.

They manufacture UVC lights that are installed in the air handling system.These lights clean the coils of mold and bacteria, making them run as new which saves on electricity.

They kicked-in the back door and took the white-painted steel registers and register boots from the ceilings (damaging the ceilings), and the AC coil from the furnace.

For people who don't use tools everyday, Ryobi is probably fine.Milwaulkee's three amazing features are its mini sawsall, the battery palm nailer, and the brake on the cordless saw.Milwaulkee has 12 and 18 volt platforms; DeWalt has 12, 18, and 20.

Then, it still always involves 2-3 trips to the plumbing supply store or Lowes.Table saw, chop saw, jig saw, roto-zip, rotary saw, 3 sizes of hack saw, sawzall, router, under door saw, bow saw, chain saw.....Battery drill, battery skill saw, battery flashlight.Many sets of drill bits and screwdriver bits, flat, phillips, star, hex, several pry bars, pliers, pipe wrenches, screwdrivers, wood chisels.......Tape, carpenter's pencils, utility knives, several sizes of tape measure, T-squares, and levels.....Buckets of plumbing tools, spare lengths of PEX, PEX fittings, PEX tool, PEX cutter, teflon tape, plumbers dope, under sink wrench......Electric plugs, GFI plugs, wall switches, wire nuts, wire strippers, and a new light bulb for every fixture in the house ebcause every one will be burned out......Compressor, brad gun, nail gun, finish nailer, roofing nailer, hardwood flooring nailer, assortment of nails, brads, screws, staples and the power stapler to go with them (both electric and pnuematic).Drop lights, halogen work lights, salamander heater, furnature dolly, saw horses, portable propane tourchSanders, 3 sizes, sand paper, power planer.....And there's more.

We operate in locales in Canada (NB, NS, PQ) with colder and longer winters than yours and, while it is necessary to install an auxiliary heating coil in the plenum of the air handler {building code requires it here}, you won't be relying on the coils throughout the heating season ... or even the day during most of the heating season,  Even when the coils are operating {assuming all coils are recruited} and you are at your lowest level of performance, you are functioning at the same efficiency as electric resistance heating or an electric furnace.

Problem we have had is that you'll need more saw blades, you nailer will need to be set so high you'll bend the nails when you shoot them (so get a heavier hammer!)
