Our tax burden is close to $50/$1000.So to get even we sold it to a Veteran who gets a significant tax break & if they are classified with a disability the tax break is higher again :)We are in the process of selling another we bought (to yet another Vet).

In my current line of work(DirecTv), I am constantly fighting off the state trying to classify subcontractors as employees, the subsequent fines and taxes, and subs refusal to do proper work and follow the contract guidelines.

1) I have my Google Voice number forwarding to a cellphone I bought2) I have (50) bandit signs with that number on it3) I have an answering service4) I used the Google Voice number on my BiggerPockets account, a Classified Ad, a Wufoo form for bird dogs to submit a house, and my website.......So, when you Google search the phone number... it basically pops up with my information online.I deleted each form that had the number, but it still is available in the search.I'm waiting to see if it wipes over the next couple of days.Here's my question:Should I change my number so that it has no ties back to me?

I was thinking that especially when it comes to retirement accounts that the IRS would make every effort to make the case this kind of activity falls under broker/dealer activity and apply UBIT or classify it as a prohibited transaction to blew up a SDIRA or penalize a SoloK transaction.
