It wasn't nearly as bad as cigarette smoke.

I’ve been getting complaints from one of my tenants in a triplex claiming she smells cigarette smoke in her house.

I had to say that because I work at a 7-Eleven and I hear it all the time about cigarettes, where the customer are asking for a pack of Marlburo Lights, the young cashier looks confused and trying to find a Pack of Cigarettes that says Marlburo Lights, when they are now Marlburo Gold.

His hobbies include partying 6 nights a week, inviting the band over to jam until 5 am, shooting pistols in the front yard, throwing swords through walls, skateboarding on the hardwood floor, parking in the front yard, breaking windows, fans and doors from wrestling matches, smoking cigarettes, breaking bottles and screaming at neighbors..

If your a bottom tear flipper and you don't mind picking up cigarette butts from places you can't explain they'll save you some 75% over these prices and give you 80% less quality.

Some providers go a bit further and cover pets, cigarette burns, bed bugs etc  But the stuff we really want to be covered for as landlords, vandalism, destruction etc no one will cover. 

The cigarette burns on the fireplace mantle that were covered by pictures and knickknacks.

The question about her, her relatives and friends smoking she answered "All non smokers"  And that was a lie too because her mother smelled like a dirty ashtray and had cigarettes in her pocket when she brought over the rent.
