The stuff is very durable.Then screen tenants and find good ones.How do landlords answer the exterior paint versus ceramic coating question?

On one flip and one rental i did like @Jassem A. mentions with tile counter tops. one of those was the granite tiles exactly like he mentions and one was a ceramic tile.  

Laramie and trying to get $650 when I am done renovating my vacant unit with gray shaker cabinets, granite, vinyl plank throughout and ceramic tile. 

Middle of the road carpet in the bedrooms and 12x12 ceramic tile everywhere else.

I intended to put granite countertops, backsplash, ceramic tile as needed (which was the kitchen and main bath) and finish the hardwood floors hidden under the carpet.

Updating is as follows: Flooring is new wood(living room and 2nd bedroom), carpet (stairs and master bedroom), and ceramic tile (entry, kitchen, and master bath).

Perhaps you could re-tile the kitchen with some ceramic tile.2.

& REALLY making them nice (ceramic tile, security systems, etc) - It was kinda funny to look at first - ****** house, gorgeous house, crappy house, gorgeous house - till the Mayor announced they were expanding the local college just down the block & bringing in a decent size corporation around the corner - now these nice houses are selling for quite a penny - and other investors are trying to vie for the scraps....nothing like jumping in after the rise....But these guys could have totally lost their shirts....

Ceramic or loose lay vinyl in kitchen and baths.  

Ceramic tiles being installed. all Sheetrock fixed. paint is coming in.
