HOA's are notorious for changing renting rules, increasing fees and banning one thing or the other, or choosing to change what is covered under the HOA fee.

Blog networks, guest posts, crazy Russian blog networks, etc are all still effective in the *short term* but usually wind up with you sites getting slapped (penalized) or outright banned in the longterm.Most good SEO agencies now function more as digital PR firms.

I WOULD bring it up if a tenant had one of those breeds visiting and use it as an excuse to ban the dog from visiting.

I don't know what the rules are in NLV, LV has rules that are pretty easy to comply with from what I have read, Unincorporated Clark County has essentially banned STR (although that doesn't seem to stop people), so just be careful about where you are buying. 

I've actually been retained as an expert witness to testify against MHC's who have all but threatened their residents and tried to ban outside sales of new and existing homes, require homeowners/tenants to go through their in house sales staff and contractors.
