Some may be comfortable with 100% crypto transactions, while others could opt for a split between cryptocurrency and cash.For sellers unwilling to receive cryptocurrency directly, the digital asset will be converted to dollars to complete the transaction.There are many ways a buyer can use crypto to make a purchase:The simplest way is a Crypto to Crypto transaction, as long as the seller accepts cryptocurrencies as payment.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice starting off with this business model.

I am seeking advice of what to do with the money from someone who exit the business and successfully got similar income and appreciation of capital.

I still have a hard time understanding how this business model works for them, but perhaps that upfront fee covers for lack of deal flow (?) 

*I'm a property manager, not an owner, so I do have a 3rd account for business expenses as required here in Oregon.There are a plethora of software/apps out there for managing properties and funds.
