I am dressed as a country bumpkin and I would answer questions about Landlord-Tenant Law with humor.I'm seriously considering it because I already have a character in mind!

Dress respectfully.Make "Business Friends" with people who are older than you.Have some simple business cards printed with your name, cellular number and email on them.

If you are only screening tenants as good as a property manager is(meaning only on paper), then thats not good enough, it needs a personal touch. you can judge them on everything that is not a protected class, so why not judged them on what type of job they have, how they dress, what kind of car they drive, how they discipline their kids, their mannerisms etc. 

.), and in some cases require you to purchase the new unit from a specific manufacturer.Many parks (especially parks with older units) typically don't have a problem with this because it brings in newer units to dress up the parks and in some cases increase park value.

As a final question, would you convert a fully dressed out man cave with huge fireplace, full wet bar, half bath, closet, private entrance measuring 500 square feet into a mother-in-law Studio?

answer NO one so this whole 200 acres of our development that you get to count as buildable lands is just window dressing.
