I am looking for Class A & B large multi family properties and also looking for a Boutique Hotel in the southeast region or preferably Florida.

Guests Services, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Cleaning team, Handymen etc.I am interested in the idea of purchasing a boutique hotel and run it within my current systems.I have no experience in finding a hotel, market value of them, or anything.My questions stems from do you think it would be an easy transition to operate the business side of the hotel with the infrastructure i already have in place?

We purchased the property and are now renovating it and will operate as a boutique short term rental propery/hotel.

I know airbnb managers take like 25% (which is what theyve done a ton of in the past) and boutique hotel operators take like 5-7% and you can get a marketing firm for another $1500 a month, which is probably another 1% of revenue. 

Most have boutique underwriters in their portfolio that can usually kick the big guys butts in price/performance.
