Are the comps from the Bigger Pockets per unit figures?

I like the idea of STR as it seems like it can generate significantly more income than LTR and would allow me to block out dates if I have friends or family come visit.

I would start with single family and small multifamily to get familiar with the real estate market and make sure this is something you're passionate to do for the next 20 years and then grow into bigger multifamily deals.I hope this helps.

If you have the time to get your hands dirty -- do it.Continue to take down and manage bigger project after bigger project as you go.

Without having to skip trace, or ask bigger pockets forum questions like: "which skip tracing software is more accurate". 

My husband and I have a short term rental a block from the beach but while I was there I met a woman who is now contemplating renting from us September - December which is pretty exciting.I have a lot of enthusiasm for the market and wish other people did too!
