To that I mean, get out of your flip for the best profit you can first and THEN invest into something else whether it be a fix and flip or multi, etc.I see many first-timer investors spend more on their flip than the market is worth with upgrades to maximize profit, but then find that the price they have to charge to make a profit is higher than the market will bear.

There is a big shortage of affordable single houses in this current market and more and more millennials are turning renting (due to low wages and mainly because they saw their parents suffer the 2007 crash which hit FL specially hard)If you have a rental property you'll always have occupied, plus, using the FHA loan bears less risk and maybe no work assessment.
