The main challenges facing the multifamily apartment sector that we’re monitoring are the rising costs of repairs and improvements, higher insurance premiums, and increasing property taxes.

As this is my first experience with rental properties, I am unsure where to begin and what challenges I may face in transferring the rental home to an LLC.My mortgage is with Wells Fargo, and I have already informed them that the property is being rented.

Is it what they're face resembles, how tall/short they are, short/long tail?

I faced challenges with unexpected repairs during renovations, but having a contingency budget helped mitigate these issues.

Hard money (multiple lenders such as Easy , Griffin, etc) all quoting barely 80% of purchase price so I will still have to come in with 20% (deal limiting if I am also putting all the money in for rehab).

It's something we all have faced at some point starting out.
