TLDR: Bad idea for your personal home.

Never had a bad deal, always made quite a bit. 

The last thing you want to do is have a rental go bad and then lose your primary residence due to a deficiency judgment because of a bad rental property.

I see credit cards and car loans as , but I do not see mortgages being paid down by the tenants as debt as bad debt.Because of the 4 reasons that are listed above I was very skeptical and even today I have not went through his whole program.

When those get public news attention, it will look real bad but again would not be a fair representation for the coins in any significant percentage.

I'd like to hear any good and bad recent experiences you have had with this lender.  

If there are any known issues(even as simple as a bad $7 shutoff valve) you will not be permitted to turn on utilities. 

Yes they were great to work with and all and all it was not a bad process. 

While I can appreciate ones desire to own real estate, it is not the appropriate investment strategy for most who fall within this category & the consequences of a bad investment generally far exceed the potential upside.

So you could give them a 30-day notice that you are taking the garage back, but I think that's bad practice.
