You are still far off better doing them individually, as many of these lenders may not allow for a partial release. 

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or lose money in any market.

It's best to let the individual investors make a mistake and then they can swoop in and exercise their right.

You can do a "placement" fee when the individual first adds the animal, followed by a monthly fee.

Or is it limited to 1 property per individual/LLC per year? 

This allows someone other than me (an authorized business representative) to do business on my behalf rather than limiting everything to myself. 

Hey @Matthew Giblin - I'd have to echo @Shamar Gregg, Chicago offers a great section 8 program through the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA). 

With so many banks to choose from and me already doing thorough research, I was hoping someone had a personal good experience with a certain bank or an individual at a bank who understands our world.

I noticed a lot of what people are saying that the experience and the way I talk seem like I am going in without a lot of knowledge, and my biggest obstacle is experience.I am making up for that gap of experience by doing things like this, talking to successful individuals like yourself and everyone else on this thread.

So while you may get several numbers for an individual, not all numbers will still be active for that person so the total accuracy rate will go down.
