Also possibly state specific, small claims court by nature usually work well with plaintiffs with ample documentation.

I second John Becker's advice on attaining a good value.

There is ample space for 1 - 2 vehicles per unit (one in the garage and one immediately in-front).  

Counters and cabinetry features as well need to be incorporated into the design.I would install the range and range hood in a place with good exterior ducting and ample counter space on both sides.
