In short, the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission view MLSs treating certain listings (e.g. entry-only) differently than others (e.g. exclusive right) as anti-competitive behavior. 

Or perhaps it’s ok to be political as long as you are anti-Trump?

My standard response to colleague requests without a message attached is exactly the same (I thank my new colleague and then ask how they propose we begin "colleaguing" ;)), however it did bring up the anti spam message.

California also has anti equity stripping laws.. check  the regs before embarking on pre foreclosure resuce schemes

Compound that with the new anti-landlord laws that New York state rolled out last year and it makes CT that much more appealing.
