A buddy of mine managed to get a better deal because the local lender understood the potential of owning adjacent properties.Honestly, the financing world can be a bit of a maze, and it's easy to feel a little lost.Anyway, hope that gives you a few ideas to chew on.

The key is to create an amazing property, in a great location, then manage and market it better than the sub-par property managers in the area. 

SMS marketing was amazing for a bit but, I think that ship has sailed 

I was a mountain guide there for 7 yrs. and know of some really amazing hikes, climbs and other exciting activities.  

They also have amazing customer service which makes the monthly payment model worth it for me.

It would be amazing if someone is willing to go to the showing and make sure it goes smoothly for me.

I've been investing in the stock market for 30+ years, but am at the point where I'm ready to diversify more into real estate.I've been lurking on the forums here for quite some time and I am amazed at the value of the posts and level of knowledge that exists here.

The upstairs tenant is amazing so I would like to leave them upstairs for as long as they want.
