The 'go-to' place for a trustee state like NC is 1) the county courthouse, and 2) the trustee's web sites.

Nothing spells trouble more than one unit having the heating/AC controls for BOTH units.This property is in Denver County.

Prices are high and coverage can be hard to fine, especially in the mountain counties and for habitational buildings.
