@Victor BarbozaHi Victor, I am just curious and my county assessors website is probably a lot differrent than yours.. but when you searched the address on the assessors site, what exactly did you do to find the owner?? 

You give a little, they feel they have 'won' their minor victory and that is all they need -- they feel they have gotten some power back, their sense of pride is restored and all is fine.

I would love to of course take the property off their hands today, but I also would consider learning more about the property/timing a victory.
