What happens if there is a porn shoot like they did in Paradise Valley or a large rowdy party and AirBNB delists the property, what about guests with drugs and police calls?

Usual ones are missed payments, transfer of ownership, bankruptcy filing, non payment of property taxes, lapse of hazard insurance, deterioration in property condition, and unauthorized use of property (such as using a single family home as a porn shop).
