Apparently that's the going rate.....This guy man.............Whoever is on Twitter needs to tweet this B/S SLAPP lawsuit to any reporter they know. 

Here's the concept:1) Buy cheap land for pennies on the dollar by building (on twitter/facebook) and advertising to a targeted seller list.2) Flip quick as "wholesaler" to a buyers list.3) Offer seller finance (when wholesaling) to build cash flow.Sounds like it has promise, but the "home study course" runs $1500.

Oh and let's not forget that you actually need access to the MLS for any of this to even apply at all.My thoughts on this app expands beyond the conventional aggregated sites (if one's MLS offers it) and covers sites which I'm certain does not have native MLS linkage such as the previously mentioned Craigslist, Facebook, Twitter, Connected Investors, etc.
