These big old companies are milking their property’s RE value, not so much innovative value.

It kind of looks like Bush never had a budget, everything like the wars was done off budget.This is the guy who sold the IN toll road, sold the state social services contract to IBM (for a fixed price, then threw another $200MM to them when they WERE NOT PERFORMING) despite knowing (or maybe because they knew) that the plan had been a failure in TX.Sorry, everything I've seen or read about this guy is the same old R talking points; cut taxes, give everything to my friends in big business and everything will be milk and honey.

I knew I could not resell for more than $24,000 (120% of purchase price) within 3 months so I had just skimmed over that part of the contract.

First of all, that sounds real similar to all those “Equity Skimming” transactions that are on Dateline and 20/20 with people being investigated by the FBI and getting sentenced to Federal prison… Now there is a free place to live!

You can only push me so far before I'll drop out myself, and focus my formerly productive talents on bartering, working under the table, collecting benefits due to my 'poverty', and milking the system that's been sucking off my paychecks for the last 20+ yearsWouldn't take very many of us at all to build a critical mass, that camel's back will break sooner than later :-)Sigh, a man can daydream can't he?

Someone correct me, an offset helical is like holding a gallon of milk at shoulder height with you are extended out.

Good point Jon, I usually try to make it short, sometimes things are more involved and still only scratch the surface.I do skim long posts, those asking a question but first have to tell us how many kids they have, hobbies, favorite dinner, favorite song, color of hair and eyes, not sure if they are asking a real estate question or trying to date someone. ;)I just can't resist mentioning my old buddy from the Sunshine State;@Dion DePaoli  LOL :)
