I reread your post. 

I wrote this article a couple years ago, so not positive how accurate it still is (haven't reread it), but it will give some info as to what my thoughts back then were about it in more detail.https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/09/2...But other than that, in short...I don't feel confident yet in the upward movement of Detroit yet.

So to bring it to current day i found bigger pockets in march 2015 i reread rich dad poor dad and listened to nonstop podcast about realestate pretty much every audio book i could find on audible about real estate and self improvement and im still at it.

Kyle, I re-read your post and want to try to answer you with a bit more focus than yesterday. 

I spent every off hour I had reading and rereading, searching the internet and basically taking a crash course on finances and investing.

Please re-read the preceding posts.
