I think BP is a great place to get people publicly together and then they can create a private group.

You don't want people peeking over their shoulder seeing someone's personal private information for example.

Look for private sales in public records or on FSBO sale sites, and/or6.

The labeled the whole state high fire a few years ago, and now no one can get insurance.  13% of deals are not closing as people can't get insurance.
