If so, then I think doing real estate checking through records for relatives isn't the way to go, but rather get the police involved to do that welfare check. 

The dumpster isn't a living space, so you just call the police.

I had to have the police give a tresspass order to a "bad kid" that was causing problems at one property, and that stopped the problem.Can you have them drop it off at the bank instead, posted to your account?
