Most lenders are not able to do irrevocable trusts and some can't do complicated structures like Series LLC, LPs, etc.

However, several random websites still have my original listing with the $30,000 price as an active listing and my phone number. 

If I was the originator on this loan (loan officer, lender, or whatever title is used), I would have made this restriction very clear to my borrower if they had explained that they wanted to eventually use the property as a rental.
