The new Mercedes-Benz stadium (home of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United soccer) opened a year ago, mix-use developments are being built everywhere, restaurants, etc.

Although it's Class C, it's in a wonderful neighborhood (I actually lived there about 10 years ago) only a few blocks from some of the more popular bars and restaurants in Norfolk. 

The fringes were somewhat sketchy in the 80s and 90s, but they fixed up the downtown in the 90s, but nothing much happened until the movie theater went in downtown in the early 2000's, then people started coming downtown and more restaurants opened and it got trendier.Even at the most recent bottom in 2012 it seemed expensive, but it's doubled since... it's been pretty crazy lately, teardowns everywhere, we just counted 8 in our neighborhood.

You can hand out your card at school owned restaurants then you won’t have to meet any standards the school may have while at the same time being able to still advertise to studentsThat’s my 2 cents.

People are attracted to the area during every season and there are a few large festivals that bring large crowds.The restaurant and brewery industry have a solid foundation here which attract people.

We discovered Union Beach this summer while looking for a restaurant, really cute little town with potential, has the nicely maintained Henry Hudson trail running through it (popular for running, hiking and biking), a pretty waterfront with views of Staten Island and Manhattan and some nice houses and townhouse developments near the water.

Hello All,I know that Master Lease Options have been discussed a ton on here, but after searching endlessly I couldn't find anything addressing some specific concerns/questions I had so here it goes...The potential seller is a full time firefighter who has 3 very involved kids and is also a part owner of restaurants across the country with his brother. 

But it has to be close to the bars/restaurants/ etc.... you'd probably even forgive a little on crime and schools... who cares.Or maybe you want a roommate and don't mind the burbs, but still has to be fun.

School bulletin boards are good, as well as other places students go often- laundromats, restaurants, grocery stores, hang out locations. 

Just think of it like this if you go to a restaurant, you get a menu.
