I told a girl annoyed that she had just booked a great gig, she's a folksy guitar player / singer, to sign up for Patreon, do eVites and then have people pay to watch her perform on video and chat with her fans - guess what - her list responded positively on her Insta and now she can do something, whole venues need to think about this.

I got a lot of questions on my Instagram yesterday about the email we wrote to our tenants addressing this outbreak so I decided to include the letter we wrote here in case it helps anybody :) I think a lot of landlords are struggling with coming up with the right words to explain how they’re willing to help but not to take advantage of them at the same time lol**** NOTE: this is a Canadian version so you’ll have to edit it for the US.

-Brother-in-law works with a landlord who had a vacant house for rent-Verbal Agreement to move in on April 1st 2020 (No lease was signed)-$1,200 Security deposit was given to Landlord (Without lease agreement or any documentation), paid through a money gram.
