The installer even got with me about where to install the cable.

There is cable tv in every room, washer/dryer, wifi, and a full kitchen. 

Don't forget the servicing costs for 6 utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, phone, cable).

I was thinking of making rent all inclusive with rent, utilities, cable, internet, cleaning services and household common area shopping( toilet paper, soap etc).

I HATE when I call customer aervice for companies such as my cable amd get a robot.

Income is deceiving in a world riddled with expenses, $400 phones, $250 Cable/Internet, and so on. 

Cable company is incorrect; referenced company hasn't been in the area for over 5 years.

Internet and Netflix via an extender on our home network, but no cable TV.  

I've stuck to Lowe's mainly because I went with porter cable for power tools and HD doesn't have them.
