I dont ever go into the Tulles of deal structures as I feel most of the rental real estate is so vanilla that if the person cant grasp the concepts just reading a little on BP I am not going to help them.If they ask about something I might have specific unique knowledge of Like Timber and Timber rights and Timber deeds I might go off on those.
