We know Trump has staved evictions for some non-paying renters for now (hud/fha properties - protecting those losing income or experiencing financial hardship due to the pandemic).

My bet is that the rates will climb to at least the pre-Trump rates after Trump.

In Iowa, so far, it doesn't look like we will not have a stay at home order longer than the April 30th that Mr President Trump stated yesterday. 

Tools and education trump split any day.I would ignore any comments about CoronApocalypse making this a hard year.

@Keran Smith @Nathan G. is right, that was a result of the Trump Tax Cuts of 2018.

Trump himself wasn’t able to make the banks budge over 3months.

@Anthony Wick your post really highlights the fact that we have ways of getting REALLY close on valuations from Zestimates (or some similar source of algorithmic data) without some unskilled, unaccountable person offering their unscientific opinions that ultimately trump all other data points on the property, slow down the process, and add costs.

I haven't strongly considered because, I believed perhaps too broadly, that development required a massive amount of experience, that your last name has to be Trump, Dezer, or Perez to get started.

@Donald Servick Yep, and even though this provision is temporary, once it's been made clear that closings can be conducted this way without the world coming to an end, I don't think it's likely that we ever go back to the bad old days!
