I haven't had any issues with my tenants either.

Interesting, I did not have the issues on mine when I first used but it take a while to get them confirmed.

I think communication seems to be the issue here especially with your comment on how the PM is unresponsive.

Need some more statements from them but liquidity shouldn’t be an issue either.
