@John Cameron I can’t speak for the ATL market, but I am a broker in NC and would not entertain an offer I felt was just a place holder.

Keep in mind, if the allegation the attorney in fact did not have authority to convey title, and there is a total failure of title, the insurer will probably only have liability up to the amount of insurance. 

@Cameron ParsaSo I would make sure you calculate your numbers at 750/unit and see if the gross income covers your expenses and debt service.
