Have noticed the market in Orlando has slowed down greatly.I am an experinced renovator and completed many here in Australia but property here is now expensive so I'm looking at possibly moving over to orlando next year , to manage my flips personally and improve the time frame.I would have to consider airfares once a year , car , accommodation / rent.With the flips, I would have to consider Buyers agents fees , sales commissions , capital gains tax, property tax, and tax on my LLC.

I agree with Brandon, I would focus on SFR to start, but Ramone is quite right, there are some amazing deals for student accom, just a little more tricky i found.I love investing in the area, and we are based in Melbourne Australia, so definately can be done from "out of town"CheersLindsay
