I just found an LA Times article back from 1999. https://www.latimes.com/archiv...That article stated rents were on average $1,000, and now the rents in OC per this other article are $2517.00. https://www.ocregister.com/202...These are median rents, and we can go into a discussion on where they are going; however, I think there is a lot of runway for the rents.

Google Voice for all business:- Can have it ring into multiple phones, adds redundancy to the business so more than one person can take calls- Protects personal phone number- Voice mails transcript to e-mail on my g-mail account - good for reading messages and archival purposes- Full texting capability, texts convert to e-mail for archival purposes.- Can answer calls from your computer, which I don't do but may come in handy at some point- Separate app so all tenant calls and messages are kept separate from personal plug anyone with access can see calls and messages.

You pay a fee to join, but it archives the leases for you on-line and you can easily renew for another year if it's the same tenants.After you screen and approve the new roommates, have them all sign onto one lease where they sign on "singularly and severally" or "joint and several" so that they will be all responsible as individuals and as a group.

I’ve looked into some other home automation setups that are fully local (no hub), but am equally as uncomfortable with those options since you’d still want some form of backup for the configuration, similar to way security teams used to move closed circuit security video recordings off-site for archival/backup purposes.

I got an e-mail every day saying it was happening April 7th, then on April 7th it just said that Cozy is only active for archival purposes and all future rent collection will happen through Apartments.com. 

You can't mark it as archive or inactive or anything else.
