Two specifically are the series llc and the trust.The trust I like because it isn't legally recorded and gives an extra measure of anonymity.

Some tenants or owners are generous enough that they donate their time to call the city and post an anonymous complaint in your behalf right after you finish the sale, especially if they got kicked out or they are not happy in selling the house.

Trusts are more useful for anonymity than liability protection (excluding spendthrift protections).

I need to know the ways/methods by which I can remain anonymous to the seller and complete the sale.
