I'm in PG county MD and still doing most of my deals there and in southern Maryland, but you're right - the NoVa market is quite strong

The PG doesn't strip the limited liability nature of the LLC except as it applies to the lender's remedies if you default on the loan.

I group prospects into consecutive 20-minute time slots in a one- or two-hour period on a weekend, preferably Sunday afternoon to include people who are looking on Saturday.

We own a house in PG and are getting started in real estate investing.
