The only contractors that you will be working with if you persist in this approach are a) unlicensed contractors, b) new contractors, or c) bad contractors.

Take for instance my B+ located quadraplex consisting of 2 Bedroom units in Philadelphia that rent for just shy of $3,000/m and compare my building to the nearly identical quadraplex building in a C location in Philadelphia were the rents are $1,200/m.

There are a lot of D areas that border C to C+ areas, but that can change in three houses.

Neighborhoods in OKC offer a range of opportunities from stable B areas to value-add C+ spots.

The list from the post has it under the C areas.I read in a few places that it is being revitalized and its attractiveness is increasing.Does anybody have more information about it?
